Cycle access to Greenway

Overall, I approve of the new plan. I commute to and from the View Tube on the Greenway, so use this section very regularly. Usually, I cycle, and the only concern I have is about how difficult the double turn on the step-free path will be when multiple bikes are going up/down it. I completely understand and support the need to make the path shallower for accessibility needs. I think there's space to still leave a more direct route up the hill for bikes, though. I recommend a secondary, steeper ramp be put in from the top of the stairs down to the footpath.
